WHY AERIAL YOGA?

Aerial yoga uses heavy-duty hammocks, which was previously reserved for aerialists and circus performers, as an aid to achieve yoga poses. As such, aerial yoga is a low-impact alternative to other forms of exercise. Combining both yoga with aerial arts, students will improve on core strength, flexibility, stamina and balance.

CLASSES

We recommend all students to start with the Beginner aerial yoga course to familiarise themselves with the hammock. Students will progress to the Intermediate course and finally the Advanced course, but with each student's individual ability in mind.
